Obama citizenship in question

Today I noticed a story that is not in main stream media about the Supreme Court of the United States investigating claims that our President Elect isn't a natural born citizen therefore cannot legally be considered our President.

I for one am confused by the oblivious nature of mainstream media that doesn't inform us about this very important step in the legal process of electing a President.

So I spent my day scouring the Internet looking for information that our next commander in chief may not be a natural born citizen, I am personally offended that the media didn't think that following federal laws were important enough to discuss on my tv.

Uhhh.... You don't consider Fixed (Fox) News mainstream? The reason most major media has not given much coverage to this story is because it's just not that big of a deal.

The Supreme court is not investigating and have not even agreed to hear the case. The unsuccessful New Jersey case was submitted to and rejected by Justice David Souter.

It was then re-submitted to Justice Clarence Thomas who scheduled it for conference, not the same as hearing the case. In conference, if four of the nine Justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may then be scheduled. The New Jersey case was not about Obama's citizenship but contesting his being on the ballot in New Jersey.

If the Supremes accept the case, and it's a big if, it will not be a hearing on the validity of Obama's citizenship but on whether the State court was correct in dismissing.

This is not a mainstream media story, just wishful right wing thinking. Obama is a US citizen. It's been proven over and over.
